Meeting in Potsdam

What happened in Potsdam

During the December meeting, we spent five days at our partner organization Social Science Works. Together with the Social Hub Association, we discussed the exclusion of refugees. We looked at their current situation and compared it to the situation in Poland and Bulgaria. We addressed stereotypes, prejudice and discrimination and worked together on strategies to involve refugees in our organizations. During the meeting in Potsdam, we also took part in a study visit to the refugee centre in Wünsdorf run by the German Red Cross. We got familiar with the realities of the lives of migrants and the assistance activities that take place in the centre.
