Safe space for you
The Institute for Preventing Exclusions runs the first male helpline in Poland. If you need psychological help / advice and you are looking for a safe space to talk about your life, your male matters or your difficulties, this phone is for you. The psychologist is on duty every Tuesday, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and every Tuesday Thursday, from 19:00 to 21:00 . If you have any concerns about making a phone call, you can write to our e-mail address : biuro@fundacjaipw.org , and our psychologist will contact you. Remember: # asking for help is masculine .
PSYCHOLOGIST
Refał Grabowski
Educated and experienced psychologist. A graduate of the SWPS University of Humanities. He completed advanced training in solution focused therapy and coherence therapy. Participant of many activation projects for both adults and youth. He cooperates with people diagnosed with mental disability. Additionally, a lecturer at WSB in Toruń. He cooperates with several social organizations, the Social Economy Support Center and the Regional Center for Social Policy in Toruń.
PSYCHOLOGIST
Yevhen Kovalenko
He graduated in psychology from the University of Ivan Franko in Zhytomyr. He also obtained a master's degree in cognitive science while studying at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He completed certified practical psychology courses. In his spare time, he conducts music lessons for children and adults, and is interested in music therapy and psychotherapy.
