The team performs an advisory and expert function for the Foundation's Management Board. The goal of the Team is to undertake advocacy activities aimed at counteracting exclusion and providing representation for people at risk of exclusion and experiencing stigmatization. In addition, the Team carries out interventions that require a quick and decisive response, the purpose of which is to immediately help people in need. Get to know the team!

A social activist working to protect human rights and a student of international relations at the Nicolaus Copernicus University. Coordinator of the Amnesty International Local Group in Toruń and a member of the Helsinki Initiative for Human Rights. Natalia Konwerska
She works at the Emic Foundation, where she deals with integration of migrants and migrant women. She runs the Neighborhood Club and coordinates volunteering. In the past, she cooperated with the Polish Humanitarian Action as a volunteer and coordinator of an educational project. For years she has been involved in activism. An ethnologist by education.
